One Earth Easy Change for more Sustainable Living
- We use inexpensive vinegar and water instead of bleach for cleaning. Gallon jugs of 10% vinegar are super cheap.
- Vinegar solution is antiseptic, antibacterial, antifungal, cost pennies on the the dollar, doesn't release dangerous fumes and won't hurt the earth or water.
- Dillute 1/4 cup 10% Vinegar with 1-2 cups water and 2 drops of biodegradable liquid dishwashing soap in a spray bottle for streak-free windows and mirrors.
- Dry glass with recycled newspapers, which can be air-dried and used to start fires in the fireplace.
