Rock Slide at Castle Rock

This rock face has a series of hand and foot holds and several slides carved into it from generations of Dine (Navajo) children sliding down its sandstone face. The rock slide was in our backyard when we lived in Tuba City. The picture shows Jacques and Sage sliding with their Dine friends. Nearly everyday, we'd walk the dogs and goats to Castle Rock past this Rock Slide.
